The old Grand City department store is now the home to Cool As A Moose and Artforms (after phase 2) once the 40,000 sf renovation project is completed.
The exterior was modernized by the use of aluminum sunshades and Solera diffusing glass in the storefront system.
A new canopy and a unique signage system complete a face lift of this tired brick building. An abundance of natural light now perforates the building with over 7,000 sf of flooring removed.
